 Hi.

One my friend is an artist (sculptures, and paintings). She is willing to let me use any of her paintings or sculptures. She even did not want to read model or property releases, i just had an answer - no problem - i'll give you any necessary release.

I am talking about few dozens of paintings, handdrawings and sculptures. And of course, i think these are pretty usable. - When i set up lightings in her art-studio, i can finish all the work in one day.

How about property release? - do i need to fill p.r. for every sinlge image (painting, etc...), or in a way of shooting date and descriptions (for example - all of the artist's work with not a single limitation) i can have one that catch'em all?

If they are all pieces of art created by your friend then One Property Release can be used, describe the pieces as a collections and maybe list them out. If you shoot them over the course of a few day or so, then just put the date range for the shoot date. I would make her read what she is signing and explain it to her.

Here is a good read
