Thanks Rob. I've said it. Lobo's said it. Now you've said the same thing.

I'm guessing at some point the penny will drop.

Can the client only choose the extended legal guarantee license to buy the file? There is the improbaility that the last 2 downloads from this file are Mar 2012 and Sept 2012.

Yes. And as far as I know, there is no time limit on when they can make that purchase.

And I thought from your screen shot that this EL was from Sep 2011 not 2012.

One of my newly uploaded images cannot be zoomed in. I tried in several browsers but all I got was the loading icon endlessly looping around.

It's working fine for me on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari while logged in and logged out.

Thanks lobo for checking that out for me. I'm glad it's working at your side.
However, I tried deleting all cache files and trying it in Firefox, Chrome and IE, but couldn't load high-res view, and I still can't for some strange reason... Loading icon just spins without going anywhere... All other images load normally though, only this particular image is affected.

A search oddity.

"Many" can mean (as far as the search is concerned) "large group of objects" or "large group of people" or "large group of animals". All reasonable.

If I search for "something AND many", e.g. turnip AND many the "many" keyword is ignored.
If I search for "turnip" I get 1927 files.
If I search for "turnip AND many" I get 1927 files.
If I search for "turnip" then later add "many" from the left-hand search box I still get 1927 files.
If I search for "many" I get 179192 files.
If I then add "turnip" from the left-hand search box I get 1927 files.

If I use "large group of objects" rather than "many" I get a much more likely set of 78 files that are mostly pictures of lots of turnips.

On the other hand, "few" can similarly mean "small group of objects" or "small group of people" or "small group of animals".

If I search for "something AND few", e.g. turnip AND few the "few" keyword works as expected.

So it seems to be a problem specifically with "many".

I remember search bugs having their own thread. I don't see that now, but apologies if this isn't the right place to bring it up.

Edit to add links to some search results.

I want to add one of my latest approved images to E+ but I can't find it the list, could be a bug or is there any other possible reason?

You should see your recently accepted files at the top of this page.

E+ page

Is the file not visible there?

In the E+ page isn't visible but I think I'm a little bit confused with the PP (I'm new exclusive); maybe the PP was checked for this file and it isn't still visible in iStock collection, that's could be the reason.
Sorry...

Thanks Kelvin. I still can't zoom it on my side, but if it's working for both of you I don't want to worry.
Just to add +1 for lightbox duplicate bug.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned before but I did notice that particular problem today. When going into upload page 2 of 3 step, the whole top banner collapses and everything is out of alignment. IE8 Win 7 Pro.

Thanks. I'll see if I can find a machine with that old browser on to test it. I would however recommend using the latest version of any browser though, where possible. I appreciate this isn't always possible in corporate environments though.

Not sure if this BUG is reported but when hover the mouse over a thumbnail with loupe enabled, some files fail to dispaly. This happens especially at the extreme right size column in the page. i am using Chrome. Thanks.

It took me a little bit of searching, but I did come across the same issue. I had no issues when I had the browser page maximised to fill the screen, but if it wasn't maximised then very occasionally, searching 200 images per page, I'd come across one image in the right hand column that would not bring up the loupe thumbnail. Expanding the browser to fill the screen, I was later able to mouse over the same image and the loupe thumbnail appeared as it should.

Thanks for reporting it - I'll add it to the OP.
