Hi, I don´t see this on the first page and don´t know if it is really a bug, but I have noticed that I have a high number os EL showing $0.00, and when I say a high number I mean I have one single file with 157 ELs showing $0.00 royalty.

Has anyone experienced the same?

Thank you!

Hi Fernando,

I've definitely not seem that reported before. To be clear, is this affecting only one file? Or are there more that have a high number of ELs? If you check to see the kind of EL, are they all extended legal guarantee ones?

I've noticed that my Royalties are increasing but there were no change in DL's (and this was not PP) - strange.

Hi Kelvin. It doesn´t say anything about being a extended legal guarantee. In fact it doesn´t say anything in the pop-up window that shows up after clicking of the $o.oo royalty. But there I can find a link to the EL agreement that happens to be a Standard license agreement with this EL provision at the end:

Extended License Provisions

The following provisions relate to and should be read in conjunction with the Content License Agreement by which images are downloaded from www.istockphoto.com, a copy of which agreement can be found here (the “Agreement&rdquo. All terms used as defined terms and not defined below, have the respective meanings ascribed in the Agreement.

Upon payment of the additional fees required for the Extended License options you have chosen for this Content, the Agreement is hereby amended to included the following provisions:

This extended license, totalling $0.00, is for file #18109030, “Solar power plant”.

And it happens in more than one file.

HI. I have two E+ images, one DL'd late yesterday and another one this morning, both L and my royalties were $8 and $9.6, which seem very low to me. I know on occasion this happens when someone has a lot of credits or took advantage of a discount, but having 2 files in a row with that low royalty made me want to make sure there isn't a bug or something that might have switched off the E+ or possibly my royalty %.

In case it's needed the file #'s are : 16023286 & 8961293

Thanks!

I have a file that was downloaded today (files sorted by last download, indicates downloaded on Feb. 20) but my balance has not changed and when I open up the image downloads, it says it was last downloaded on Feb. 17. It was downloaded in Feb 17, as I recall. Just wondering why it says it was lasg downloaded today, but no balance increase. Something's not right here.

Has this been brought up? I didn't see it in the OP.

Okay, I have confirmed my issue is related to that of FernandoAH (top of page). The file downloaded today was an EL at $0.00. This was an Extended Legal Guarantee.

Thanks Casey, just looking into this now. If you can let me know the file number, that will be handy.

ETA: May just be a previous buyer purchasing additional legal option.

It happened to me, exactly the same situation and my thoughts. I got 6.00$ for 30 credit medium E+ file and 5.00$ for small version of the same image. Both purchases occured the same day.

Not sure if there's any bug, I don't see anything out of ordinary here. People have previously reported sales of around $0.40 per credit and if my maths are right, your figures appear to be within that. As it says in the OP, if you have any queries about any particular sales, please open a support ticket.

Hello I am most concerned about my account. I have had regular daily video downloads since taking my portfolio seriously at the beginning of 2012. This month I have not had a single download since 8th Feb.  It's as if someone has pulled a plug on my port! Other video contributors have also noticed the same thing, please see thread:

http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=350601&page=8

Please can you take a look into my account as something is defiantly wrong! My stats are terrible and it must be a site bug.

It's either buyers are not able to see my videos or my downloads are not being recorded and sent through to me!

this is a genuine problem (Im not a paranoid contributor making this up)

Something must have happened on or around the 8th Feb! Please check!

Hi Spencer,

I've done a few test searches and your files show up in them. So I can't see any technical issue affecting your work from selling. However, as has been mentioned many times in the Best Match discussion thread, older video files may be currently favoured over newer ones in many searches, so that could be the issue. As a newer contributor, obviously not having much in the way of older files, your work may not be as visible as it may previously have been.

Please feel free to offer any comments in the thread linked.

Do we know anything yet on the $0.00 EL issue? Should I open a support ticket for that?

Hi,

I thought you'd said that the EL was for an extended legal guarantee, hence no royalty. Or have I misunderstood?

If this is an EL on a previous download, then that would explain it. But why does it show up on my downloads as a download for today with no royalty?

I'm sure you can get a definitive answer from contributor relations but, from what I've seen reported previously, if a buyer later decides to purchase an EL for a file they already downloaded, it will appear again on your my_uploads page. I think that seems to account for what you're seeing.

Not sure if this has been posted or not, but noticing a discrepancy in Royalty totals.  On my uploads page under royalties it shows one amount, but if you click on the royalty when it brings you to the dl screen for that file and in a lot of cases the 2nd page has a higher total than the my uploads page. Some are a few dollars but some are as much as $200 in the difference.  What is the real total and what amount was actually paid to me?

Hi Kelvin, would that also be my case?
