Sorting not working properly

When you do a video search by sorting " file age", the first one is not the most recent, try with " book", all randomly arranged, known Bug?  Anyone?

Weird.
It's not wildly off, but you're correct. Maybe it's based on approval date. The inspectors don't always go in order.

I posted it at general discussion board, trying to find out if it is universal, if it is a bug and should be fixed, now kicked back to video. I once posted a poll test over there trying to find out if the "view" number thing is really a bug,  proved not, it simply because of no viewer, or less buyer at istockphoto nowadays. And that post was killed  shortly after  I got the result.


Really don't understand what's going on with the istockphoto, who is running istockphoto business. Bring back the buyers is the first priority, relink my getty missing files..., not some reorganize the forum board thing, what's the point of it if we can not post what we want to say for the sake of business? I wonder if istockphoto is taken over by Chinese communist.

Bring back all the buyers, fix all the bugs are something istockphoto should do urgently.


Well, we have some stubborn bugs, they just can't be fixed, really? Really. istockphoto page takes ages to load, slow like a turtle, known bug, yes, since when? Years ago. How could you keep buyers with those frustrating experience? Can you fix it, yes, when? It will take some time, and so and so and so...

This is true...the forums should be at the bottom of the list. Updating thumbnails took over a week, review times are super long, after a file is accepted it seems to take a few days before showing in search and in portfolio, randomly my fils dissappear from search and appear when searched again a few minutes later. As someone newer it has been hard to gauge anything. I'm trying to figure out if exclusive was worth it and should I concentrate on expanding to other sites or continue to build my portfolio here.

Go to the general discussion board, have a look at the January sales report, except very few, very few special contributors, most of them are weeping. Me too, 50% reduction compared with jan, 2012.

I have been and it is upsetting to see such drops without much reason outside of speculation. IStock in general seems to be failing...other sites have improved functionality...iStock seems to keep bandaging a dated system
