Jodi, I would have loved to add you to the full ticket list, but as you can see it is full and backed up by a pretty good Alternate list. I have added each person in the order of the request received. Your name has been added to the Alternate list. If you would prefer to come on a Social ticket, I would be happy to change your entry to that slot. Keep posted though. Any Current Attendee that does not pay their deposit or Balance on the dates due, March 1st for the deposit and April 1st for the Balance, will be removed from the Attendee list and the next alternate will move up to take their place.

If for any reason I do not hear from you regarding this deposit, I will move on to the next Alternate and they will have a 24 hour window to confirm their slot on the Atendee list with said Deposit.

This may be an obvious question, but since this isn't an official minilypse, will you be collecting model releases from all the models and distributing them to all the photographers? Sorry if I missed this somewhere.

Steve, Bethany and I will be looking after all the releases. We're still working out the details but whatever way we go with it we will get a release from every model for everyone

Hi, If I get to move up to the attendee's list and I know it's a big IF will we have the same time line for payment? Just wondering if I should be ready in case it's a go??

If someone does not make the final balance payment by April 1st, it will (deposit) be non-refundable and the next alternate will move up and pays for a full ticket balance ($1099). So I guess it will be an immediate payment for the FT balance if you make it onto the Attendees list from the ALternate List. Hope that answers your question.
Thanks Diane for fielding the MR questions. I am working on overflow Social Tickets and housing at the moment. Stay tuned for an update on this topic.

To answer on going questions concerning the Alien Cowboy Stampede Event in June, you might want to keep watching the beginning of the forum. I am placing new information there almost daily. Here is the latest information for you to read about the Event.
Rules for Social Tickets
The event organizer, Christopher Balmer, has a 2 year contract with PRR which gives him Exclusive Rights to all photography, commercial or not, on the property. This brings up some interesting questions as to what can be shot by a Social Ticket Attendee. I hope to answer these questions here, at the beginning of the forum to clear up any questions people may have before hand. Those individuals that have purchased a Full Ticket are under no phtography restrictions as far as the event is concerned whether it is commercial or private. You just need to make sure you have releases for everything and everybody you will be shooting. Diane555 will be spearheading MR and PR releases for everyone.
Social Ticket Attendees are not allowed to bring in models and set up any other shoots during the event on this property. But, you may get models and set up shoots off site any time during your stay with Parade Rest Ranch. There is plenty of pretty scenery around to work with along with area locals that might mug for you.
Nor, can Social Ticket Attendees, take any pictures with any of the models during the event, unless you are taking behind the scene shots specifically for the event organizers. This will have to be cleared through the organizers if you wish to do this. All ranch hands are considered models and eligible to be pulled at any moment for a shoot. So they are off limits as well. The only way around this is if your family is using the facilities (horses, bikes, rods and reels) and you take pictures of them. Then it will be allowed. Family horseback or bike riding etc. Any family picture taking is allowed.
I am double checking to make sure this is correct and if there is anything else I need to add. I know we placed the cost of this event low to give everyone a chance to come that wanted to. So I hope everyone feels positive about these restrictions and the cost. I am required to work within the parameters that Chris Balmer, has given me to work with according to the contract he has in place with Parade Rest Ranch. I hope this clears up questions concerning ST shooting.
Now onto the next topic.
I have had several Full Ticket Attendees inquire about bringing their families. Here is the information I have for you concerning this question:
Overflow for family members will be a 10-12 minute drive from our location in to West Yellowstone at Three Bears Lodge. You will be responsible for your own transportation. Those who choose to house family members at this beautiful Inn will still have All Inclusive Rights to Meals, Horseback riding, bike riding and hikes at Parade Rest Ranch lodge. We ask that family members not purchasing a Social Ticket please refrain from coming to the Alien Cowboys Stampede photography events, and keeping clear of the shooting pods, this also includes Rayce Bird's special effects makeup sessions.
I only have a block of 10 rooms for the next few days to fill or not fill then the offer goes away.
The cost for this will be as follows:
Adults $145 per day.
Children 8-11 years old $85 per day.
Children 5-7 years old $57 per day
Under 5 years of age - Free
Meals at the Ranch:
Breakfast is at 5:45 - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch is 12:00 p.m.
Evening Meal 5:30-6:30 p.m.
All photography is restricted to family photography for those holding a social ticket and those who come as regular customers.
THIS OFFER FROM THREE BEARS LODGE IS FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY. 1 WEEK.
PLEASE CALL MARGE AT 405-646-7217 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR FAMILY STAY.
Changes to this may be made as we progress with the Event.

For those following this forum thread, I wanted to let you know, I am leaving my home for a couple of days and will most likely not be able to respond to your questions/statements until Monday February the 25th. My mother has just recently passed away, and after attending to the funeral arrangements and all it entailed plus the relatives that stayed with us, I feel the need to get away for a couple of days. I will return . . . better than ever. Thank you for understanding.

If you are planning on staying and visiting Yellowstone Park either before or after the event, I would STRONLY SUGGEST, booking it now as hotel rooms and cabins are booking out EARLY this year. I know of at least 6 or 7 hotels that are already full.
