I think you need a touch more feathering for the isolation in some places - the outline is often sharper than the food itself.
Focus is probably OK, although I'd like to see a specific detail in realy sharp focus.
Your main problems is the huge area of white speace. This won't be accepted unless you crop much more tightly round the object.

Isolated shots need to be shot or cropped so that there is no excess space around the subject.

If your white space was acceptable, you have an area of gray background on the far left which would give you an isolation rejection.
