I'm new and French, with worries understanding
I'm contacted by email service, I get no answer ... I download some images, but nothing happens ... no acceptance, no rejection ... I still have u'uploader ... what to do? I opened the account with an email address "which today is invalid" but I can not change and replace it with the new, what to do? thank you very much

If you create a support ticket and contact Contributor Relations, I am sure they will be able to help you. Just explain your problem to them as clearly as you can.

I don't understand well but If you have an invalid email address, how can you get answer from iStock?
Anyway answers from Contributor Relations take about 3-4-5 days in my experience.

Jules, do you simply want to change your email? You also have a ticket that sounds like you want to delete your account?
