Chicks in Tanks - iOS Game

Greetings!

It's been an awfully long time since I posted in the here. Many of you won't know me - I'm an "old timer" member from way back in the early days of iStock and used to be quite prolific on the forums - but to those who do remember me, "Woof! Woof!".   However, since the IS community is still going strong and I expect there are a lot of people here who use Apple devices, I thought this could be a good place to promote my latest project (and say 'hi' at the same time).

Last year I started up a new business venture with a couple of friends called "Tip-Tok", with the goal of creating original content apps and games. After almost ten months of solid work, our flagship game, "Chicks in Tanks" was released for the iPad just before Christmas and has just been updated with lots of new features, making it available now on the iPhone and iPod Touch.  It's a really fun original game about some baby chicks left behind after a tornado devastates their farm, whisking away their brothers and sisters, so they jump into a toy tank and go racing after the tornado to rescue them.

We're trying to drum up as much interest in the game as possible by doing our own marketing and hoping that we can make it a huge success so we can fund the development of more games.

"Chicks in Tanks" is available in the App Store for a limited time at a discount price of only 99c (US) and I would be so grateful if any of you would be so kind as to buy it, rate it and/or review it. The more downloads and good ratings we get, the more chance we have that Apple will take notice of it and want to feature it on the store's home page or one of their featured sections, which would give us massive exposure and an even greater shot at success.  If you don't have an iPad, iPhone or iPod, then please share it around with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, email or however you can, just to get the word out there.  Word of mouth marketing is vital in this game where indie developers like us just can't compete against the big name companies who can afford to throw tens of thousands of dollars into advertising and pay the so-called review sites for front-page promotion.

I was kind of hoping for a different type of "chicks" but those will do too
