Hi,


file 23079176 has been accepted but it is unavailable for download. I've send an email and a ticket but no answer.


It is visible in searches but when the customer click on it, it tells it's not available.


Can someone check if it's a bug or my fault?

I had one file like you couple days ago.
And then, a day or two after it was accepted, it became available


So, just wait

Did you nominate this file for Vetta/Agency?  If so, I think it's a known issue that these files get this error message for 24 hours or so and then the file is visible.  If you didn't nominate them, then perhaps this is a new issue.  I can also confirm that I did see the file in the search.  Great shot by the way!

ETA: I added the length of time the error message lasts.

I searched that file number and got the same error message. Not available.

Your best, and only bet, is to contact Contributor Relations with a support ticket. There isn't anything anyone can do for you in the forums.

I reckon byt the time the CR reps get to your ticket the file will be visible in the system.

I'm going to lock this thread with the knowledge that you can't remove me from your Creative Network twice for locking one of your threads.
