Posted Tue Mar 26 9:51AM | From our side, there is no reason why you are not receiving the newsletters so I'm not sure there is anything left we can do. You are on the list and there is nothing in Silverpop or your accounts that explains why they are not reaching you. Did any of you receive the one that went out on the 21st? Wish I had better news. |

Posted Wed Apr 3 2:16PM | Hi Everyone, so we've solved part of the mystery. There are a couple of reasons why you may not be receiving our newsletters. The first is if our message bounces back or is undeliverable. This can happen for a number of reasons but one main culprit is a full inbox. After a number of bounces, we mark that as a "hard bounce" and stop trying. The second instance is if you have made a complaint about our communications. When we receive a complaint, your email address is added to a "suppression" list and we stop sending you messages. If you are on the suppression list and wish to get all Contributor Communications, please send in a request via email to Contributor Relations and we will try to get you back on our contact list. Please note that you will most likely get the Creative Briefs, Newsletter and the HotShots. |
