Still looking at this. For the most part, you are all on the list and we can't see why you might not be getting the newsletters. Oscar, you actually had 2 accounts attached to your email so we've corrected the account that has never been logged into. Hoping that solves the problem,

I haven't received a newsletter for years and am opted in, email address hasn't changed etc. I even got a reply from support months ago saying they would check into it. Still no newsletter though...

From our side, there is no reason why you are not receiving the newsletters so I'm not sure there is anything left we can do.
You are on the list and there is nothing in Silverpop or your accounts that explains why they are not reaching you.
Did any of you receive the one that went out on the 21st?
Wish I had better news.

Thank you for the news, but unfortunately for me I have not received the newsletter of 21 if there was a ... Shame because I do not always have the time to look around the forum every time ...
To the point where we are, I will try to re fiddling with buttons in my notification preferences to see if it changes something with you ...

Which means that nobody should have to do much looking around for that kind of information any more

Me too Its been a long time since i last recieved any!! i remember contacting support but the problem wans't solved..
oldladybird i would be greatfull if you can check if im on the list too or not

Hi Everyone, so we've solved part of the mystery. There are a couple of reasons why you may not be receiving our newsletters.
The first is if our message bounces back or is undeliverable. This can happen for a number of reasons but one main culprit is a full inbox. After a number of bounces, we mark that as a "hard bounce" and stop trying.
The second instance is if you have made a complaint about our communications. When we receive a complaint, your email address is added to a "suppression" list and we stop sending you messages.
If you are on the suppression list and wish to get all Contributor Communications, please send in a request via email to Contributor Relations and we will try to get you back on our contact list.
Please note that you will most likely get the Creative Briefs, Newsletter and the HotShots.
