All FilesAll Files Posted Mon Feb 25 3:10PM | The agonizing delay in providing any information about whether the Google deal will remain as is, regarding the free distribution of our hi-res images, is preventing me from uploading anything further. I really miss being a more active member of iStock, but I feel I must protect my work. I keep checking back for an update that addresses the "elephant in the room" but so far the updates are just dancing around our main concerns.  Posted Sat Mar 2 3:58PM | Giving contributors the option to Opt-out and securing our Property rights would be a big step in the right direction. Anything less would be business as usual. I have no doubt that given an option to participate, Getty/Istock would have more then enough interested artist to fill the void of those who felt roped into this deal and want nothing to do with it. |
