Has this subject been isolated correctly? In addition, subject was overexposed, has that problem been corrected?. Click Link.

is that the full rez file? I would also watermark the image. Based on what I could see the head need alittle feathering. You might want to brighten the midtone alittle to brighten up the blacks slightly.

ok, figured out the full res...looks ok on the midtones so ingore that....iso on arms could stand alittle featherings and some work on the head too

Also I think that the right ( viewer right ) pant leg needs a little more attention along with the edge below the toe.

If cropped roughly square to give a comfortable margin around the subject the size comes down to XL, which would be more appropriate.  
The isolation around the hair and her left shoulder are unconvincingly sharp.  
The whites of the eyes look a little underexposed.  
I can't identify the exact plane of focus but considering you used a 5D MkII with L lens I would expect the eyes to be a bit sharper.
