I do not know if my screen is properly calibrated, what do you think about lightning and the white balance of the image?

it is slightly underexposed but most importantly you placed food over unappealing bare wood table. Image should be rejected for the composition (visual appeal). You should have some clean background or zoom in so that only food is in the frame.

Colour is too blue and it's a bit lacking in contrast as well.

I think the table lacks appeal. It looks like you've randomly stuck your dinner out on a park bench on a cold, grey, overcast day. I think it would have looked much better on a nice kitchen counter or in a cosier and warmer looking scene.
