Your Opinion

Hi!


I recently worked on soundtrack to a game trailer -  not a comercial work (i wish it was). I'm trying to kind of find out myself in music field, so i'm doing this and that to check in what i feel the best etc. 


I wanted to know Your opinion about it - as people who know much about music and commercial music.


Of course i will be happy to hear constructive criticism

Great soundtrack!

I personally don't like such negative bloody games, movies, etc.. They don't add anything good to our brains or emotions.. But the job which You did is really well done. Music hellped me to see the visual media better. I'm not a high specialist in that field, but i found the music well in connection with the video material. Good job

yeah, i realize that topic of the trailer and the as a whole game is controversial, but also for that reason thank you for opinion! 


I'm waiting for more opinions if someone would like to spread!

Horribe violent graphics. Not good for anyone to watch. Something we can do without in this ever increasing violent world.

To me that's awesome stuff since the first fire starts, congrats!
Not suited for children or religious people! Luckily I'm neither of those

if you need some constructive criticism, then focus on tempo when the guitars are still clean. Also that ride cymbal sounds too much mechanic (machine gun sampling, you know..)

For what reguard music, great job!! Congrats!

The music is great. Shame it is set to a violence against women video this really does the music no cred.

Perfect track for this kind of stuff (no matter if I like the game). Good sound, arrangement and matching the mood

I feel now i should have make more 'introduction' to the movie, but i didn't realize that it can be so controversial - as i regard it as a fiction. Ofcourse the game is FULLY fictional, and has nothing to do with reality. I'm a big fan of games, and i regard this game trailer & game as kind of different reality, world of fantasies, ideas, imagination, somtimes mad, violent etc. But i try not to connect it to real world, and treat it with a bit of distance.


 



I think it shouldn't be treated like that. The story is that these are serial killers, (women & bold man) and they have some 'unfinished business', so as far as it is violent and kind of criminal stuff, it was not about violence to women. But i understand that you understood it in that way.

Awesome track and awesome game

It doesn't matter what the backstory is, it's as an excuse for the imagery being violence towards women. But I don't want to go into a sociological essay on the problems of the imagery. Your music is great and personally I would have enjoyed it better listening to it without any visuals. And that's personal taste - I enjoy all music without any added stimuli. Visuals ruin all music for me. It could have been fluffy clouds and tender petals it still would have ruined it for me. But that's the point of stock music it gets to sit behind visuals.

Very nice ! I like it ! I love the room where the video is being filmed, it reminds me a little bit of rehearsal room of my first band
