Posted Wed Mar 6 3:18PM | Hello, I have a client who is an optometrist in NY and she is wanting #22514043 (pic of the NY Public Library) in a slideshow on her business/office homepage because her office is located near this location and she wants to portray this to the people visiting her website. Would this usage be acceptable for Editorial? My gut reaction is to say No, but would like an official answer. Sincerely, Stephanie |

If you were writing about New York in a magazine or a blog and wanted to illustrate that part of the city, then you could use it, in an editorial context. However, a quick search found a few similar shots that may work. New York public library. If you set the search to only show creative and not editorial photos, there are a few that might be an acceptable substitute. |
