Check payout date?

Same thing happened to me, I requested a check on March 8, I did not get an email notification of a check payout notice on March 15. I also add followup comments to my original ticket yesterday, and one more request this morning. So far I heard nothing from them?


As an additional comment, my last check was supposed to be mailed Feb 28, 2013. It arrived very late, so I checked the postage date, it was postage dated March 5, 2013, took them 3 more business day to mail it?

I'm glad your February 28th(clearly March 5th) has finally arrived. I suspect everyone else will start seeing those cheques show up. I was honestly concerned we had a larger issue with all the cheques falling off the face of the earth. Apologies for the delay. I will have to see what had occurred so we can prevent this from happening in the future.

It's Cheque delay month here at iStock. Cheques that were expected to be sent on the 15th will be sent today.

Sorry for the delays folks. Cheques are typically something that doesn't fall off the schedule like it has this month. As its a heavily hands on human process it doesn't usually fail. Again, sorry for the delays.
