Audio artists, you start us off this week. One file per post, post as many times as you like. Video, quote the matching audio file with a preview link.

Request for Feedback
hi everyone! I have notices that when Audio starts off the theme we see fewer posts. I am under the impression it is more difficult/time consuming for video artists to match to audio. I want to hear from you if you feel we should continue providing this place for audio artists to initiate their work. I want to know if audio artists find it important to be the ones to start from the theme provided.

If it's not important to you, I propose that we post a biweekly or monthly broad topic and we allow only video to pick their choices to match the theme then audio artists continue to match their audio to the video.

I do have some other possible ideas to explore that would allow us to promote the files audio artists would like to showcase. In the meantime, both audio and video artists are absolutely welcome to participate in the Weekly Showcase. This week's theme is Spring, surely you have spring sounds - birds chirping, happy spring-time music, etc. And I have no doubt video is just as easy.

hi everyone! I'm going to keep this thread running until next week Wednesday so I have a chance to restrategize. I think this is a great idea matching up video and audio content - specifically if we can figure out a way for buyers to benefit from that matches. There's no way we can even come close to that if we just have empty threads every week. Obviously, it would be ideal if we could make some technical changes (to file closeup page or to embedding video in forums) but for right now it's not an option.

Let's keep talking. Feel free to sitemail me or post in here. I've only had one sitemail so far - it was very helpful, but we still have time to strategize.

I'm going to get back to this soon. For now, we'll just go ahead and move forward with Video for this week.
