The same way that spanish and portuguese ethnicity is included in Cv, italian and greek etnicity should also be included, if you consider them all related, mediterranean ethnicity should also be included.
Same with mexican ethnicity (included) and venezuelan/colombian ethnicity (not included)
Same with brazilian ethnicity (included) and bolivian/ paraguayan ethnicity (not included)
Why some ethnicities are considered and some not? Its so easy to include them all.

As you know, the CV is a constant work in progress. I'll look to see what I can do about these missing terms and cross-reference the GI CV to see what is already established on the other side and go from there.
