I see that now for all files default pricing is displayed in credits instead of USD. It is an interesting change. I always thought this is how it should have been when IS introduced credit card sales. Have the price displayed in credits and give an option for buyers to buy directly from credit card if they would like. I think it is a welcome change.

Agree. Hope it will prove as a right decision.

I checked in the UK and it shows credits. Far better than showing prices.

Isn't this treating buyers like idiots? Why not be honest and up front? Tell them the price in real money.

It's only the price if you aren't using Credits. If the buyer uses Credits the price is considerably cheaper. So what are you asking us to do exactly? I appreciate you coming in to opine on the subject but maybe you could elaborate on what you are saying.

Buyers who use credits know the system. They know that they just have to one-click on the credit price and it's cheaper. Buyers who don't use the credit system, and aren't familiar with it, want to know the up front price they are paying. There's no mystery Lobo, it's just putting the customer first.

I think providing the Customer with the cheapest price is probably better for the buyer than putting the Cash Price up. The Cash Price is higher as it's in place for people who aren't looking to use credits. The majority of our Clients do have accounts that feature Credits. So what are you saying exactly? That we should show buyers the higher price? Does that make sense? I'd just like to get to better understand what you are saying.

I agree, this is a good move.  It shows the majority of buyers immediately their cost (in credit), and is a simple click for cash buyers to get their price.  Thanks

YAY!  I think showing the higher cash price up front rather than the credit price was scaring peeps away.  I think it was maybe even making the credit buyers subconciously think more about how much they spending.  Good move!!
