Damaged Download

Has anyone ever downloaded an image here and tried to open it receiving an error message saying the file was either damaged, corrupted or too large (it was just medium size). This happened to me yesterday. I attempted the download twice with the same results.


I also downloaded two other images without issue so I do not believe the problem was with me.


I contacted customer relations and other than the acknowledgement email I have not heard from them.


I know I may seem impatient but it is for a project that needs to get out the door ASAP and the photo is just the right one for it. 


Any suggestions as to what I can do here?

sounds like a corrupted file. Maybe some file recovery software can fix it?

I have reprocessed the file. Give it another go in a little while.

Well, we are part of the way there. Here is what I got when I downloaded and opened it this time.

Alright. Well have to contact the contributor. There isn't much more we can do from our side. I'll send you an email as soon as we hear back from them.

I hope they get back soon since this is the focus of my design, approved by my client, and has to get to print soon.


 

We've managed to download the file with no issues so Kelvin will email you the file. I'm not sure what is causing your particular issue but feel free to fire me off a Sitemail in the event it happens again.

The file you sent works perfect. I do not know what the issue was. I frequently download images from here and actually bought 2 others the same day as this without a problem.
