I uploaded a photo on iStock complete with a model release which was accepted. Now after 2 months I received this message and my picture was removed from the portfolio. "Upon initial inspection, we have determined that your file Faith requires a model or property release for it to be considered for inclusion in the iStockphoto library." And in the uploud page writes so: "Unfortunately, this image cannot have a model release attached at this time. This could be due to the file being approved or there is a model release currently attached. If you have any questions, contact the iStockphoto Administration."

What does that mean?

If you now have the option to upload a release, I'd give that a go.

If not, like it says, contact them by opening a support ticket.
