That's because you didn't miss the cut off as the OP did.

Just a note, but anyone who leaves it until the last minute to make any payment request might want to aim to do that before 8am Calgary time, and that way you won't risk missing the cut off or run into issues arising from changes between MST and MDT.

For the avoidance of future confusion, I'll see what can be done to clarify the cut off times.
