Upload pending

Hi there, I'm new to Istockphoto - literally becoming a member today! I've attempted to upload a photo this afternoon however after check back in the last 10 minutes its status is "pending" - Please can someone clarify if there would be an issue with my photo maybe & how long do photos pending take to become available???
