before I upload this image I would like to hear your opinion. Is the quality of the isolation O.K.?

No. It's far too sharp and unreal. Where the image is out of focus, the isolation must follow. You need to feather the edges to match the focus (or lack therof).

The best way to isolate hair is to light the background so you don't need to!

don't isolate in post processing especially when your original background is dark. See how dark the edges are! Try and keep the original background.
