hi,
I received two refusal on two photos for the following reason:
Flat/dull colors
- Direct on-camera flash and/or flash fall-off (bright subject, dark background)
- Harsh lighting with blown-out highlights that lack details and/or distracting shadows
- Distracting lens flares
- Incorrect white balance

i see on the first photo hygiene problems.

They are both a bit too bright IMHO

I think you could be inviting serious problems by defacing currency, not certain, but maybe not advisable.

I wanted to make the background completely white.
I may have exaggerated?
more gray background would have less opportunity to be accepted even if it has a softer light.

If the background's completely white, there's a good chance it'll be rejected as having too much white space.

the picture, however, can not be easily slip and used by web designer?

What he is saying is that the white background is fine, but there is too much of it. You should crop much closer to the coin (people don't like to pay for lots of blank white space).
