Take a look at this file. This is my first attempt at isolation on white. Will this pass?

Focus in this photo is in wrong place IMO it's on the furthest block. Why??? More in focus - better.

The isolation itself, since you asked about that, is more or less OK. I'm not sure about that tiny little bit of something sticking off the rearmost block but if that was how the item actually was, I would suggest not preserving details like that - commercial stock isn't about photojournalistic integrity in any way. Also there is a bit of something on the white background to the left of the subject that should have been removed.

Isolation aside, this would get rejected for the focus issue that Mijau correctly pointed out, as well as for overfiltering/artifacting. It's also at risk for an image hygiene rejection. Items such as this should be free of dust & dirt. Clean well prior to shooting and retouch whatever is still there.

also, a lot of noise likely do to over sharpening.
