This file is now pending executive, it has a property release.
No problem I'll wait.
Just for curiosity which could be the reason for having it as pendig executive? Thank you

Pending executive can take months, I don't like it. If you have property release, don't know what could be the reason.

Perhaps because it's a raster illustration.

It isn't a raster illustration

They're sketched by my friend with chalks on blackboard in my house and then I shooted the blackboard with a nikon D800.

If I put an human hand sketching the people would it be different?

Photographs of artwork such as paintings, drawings, watercolors, etc. are now being handled as raster art, and are at the moment being moved via Exec Queue for dedicated raster art Inspectors. That may or may not be the reason your image was Exec'd. Inspectors are encouraged to use the Exec Queue for ANYTHING they are unsure of, be it an IP issue or a quality issue. This is not meant to be an inconvenience; rather, it is to ensure a fair and accurate inspection instead of the Inspector simply rejecting to be safe.

In any case, no one in the forums can possibly know for sure why your image was Exec'd. Even if they did, knowing would not change the fact that you will have to wait until the image is processed, just like everyone else whose images got moved to Exec Queue (I'd guess this numbers in the several dozen per day). I would kindly encourage you not to fret about it and focus on other things until you receive the notification.
