Lobo, Thanks for posting this as a standalone thread. BUG of this significance needs to be communicated better instead of including in monthly BUG thread which may go un noticed by many.

Oy. Always lovely to get a little kick of money when a bug of this type happens, is noticed, and then fixed... although it's even more lovely when it doesn't happen at all.  If we promise to be especially civil in the forums, will you promise to pump extra O2 and aerosolized RedBull into the developers' office? Looking forward to a speedy fix.

    Hi,

Yes, it's the same for everyone. Please note, we don't need any confirmation from contributors.

That would just make this a very long thread.

I see, sorry, I read 'some contributors' so I assumed it wasn't happening for everyone.

No worries. I just didn't want people to read your post and then think that they need to do anything themselves or report the issue. All affected accounts will be addressed and we will post any news as soon as we have it.

As it says in the OP, the royalty rates have been reset to their default levels. So exclusives will get 25% and non exclusives 15% until the issue is resolved.

Have patience, John. You won't be able to fix it from there so you'll have to wait on our team to resolve it. I might have been a butterfly flapping its wings 3000kms away that caused it. Regardless, it's on a few hot plates right now. We will update the notification thread first. So you can subscribe to that thread and go about your day.

I can assure you we will be able to identify the second it happend as soon as I get word back from our Dev team. Considering I get a flurry of pings and email the moment anything happens on the site my assumption is it started to occur at about 5pm, as indicated. The issue was reported to the bug thread around 5:30pm.

Since the initial report we've got plenty of wheels turning. I also have added a NOTIFICATION thread to the Announcement Forum so people can subscribe to a locked thread that will only be updated as new information comes. It will make things a little easier for people to track me thinks.

Be assured that we will resolve this as soon as possible. We have the ability and tools to adjust the accounts of the contributors who are affected.

Thanks for the information. I was wondering yesterday why I received only $3.17 for a large.. but didn't mind too much. Now I know the reason - I'm affected, too.
