I'm still not clear on "celebrities" Here is a photo I took of Jim Caviezel during a Person of Interest shoot in NYC. It was rejected on a technical basis. If there were no techinical issues, are such photos acceptable as Editorial ? I have another one in the queue.

Looks like public area, which should make it ok. I do wonder if the movie set had a marked off area, but from the image it seems like it will be ok. The caption should have as much information as possible regarding the subject matter and context, as well as the location.

So that is "the rule", if it is a public area it is okay? I don't believe there was a marked off area, "the public" was all over the place. They may have been in between scenes. If there is a marked off area, I assume as long as it is publicly visible and you take the photo form a public area it is still okay? Thanks.
