Hi. One of my images has just been accepted with additional approval note: "The following keywords used for this file do not appear to be fully relevant to this subject." In my opinion those keywords are the MAIN keywords for describing this image. I chose them when I was looking for similar images on iStock. Can you please tell me, should I contact contributor relations to include them in image? I'm afraid of just changing them. I never before have problems with keywords rejections. Please tell me your opinion. Thank you very much.
Keywords rejected: Cosmetics, Makeup/cosmetics, Dermatology, Cleaning, Hygiene, Facial Mask, Healthcare And Medicine, Healthy Lifestyle
This is the image:

for me there would be just the two that do not appear in the image : Healthy Lifestyle and Facial Mask
but others seem to be just for me
Now I am not inspector, it is only an opinion

Cosmetics is fine. It's back.
Dermatology has to do skin issues such as psoriasis. This subject is just having a day at the spa. I understand you're trying to cover your bases here but you need to decide if the subject is cleaning their face or adding some fancy cream/moisturizer. I'm going to go with the later here. I'm going to side with the inspector here and leave out Cleaning, Facial Mask, Hygiene, Healthcare and Medicine and Healthy Lifestyle.
