Here's a quick question ~ landmarks in towns or cities i.e. a famous arch or a fountain etc.


 


Do these get submitted as general stock or editorial (assuming all logos etc have been removed)

Assuming it's not a close up of a statue or something that may be subject to any form of IP protection, they should be ok in the regular creative collection. You can find a list of some of the most common "off limits" subjects here:

And you can get a reasonable idea, if not an up to date definitive answer, by just doing a search on iStock for the subject to see where it has been accepted before. It's important to note though that the site's standards have evolved over the years, so what may have been acceptable back in 2004 etc may not be so now.
