I had a rejection for an editorial photo taken of rows of shops inside Adelaide's traditional shopping arcade, with a rejection including...
"An authorization to photograph must be obtained and submitted along with the image."
Just thought I'd check before I contact the people involved - is it OK to arrange this authorization over email after the photo has been taken, and is the correct document the one found in this thread from July... On legal and licensing issues

Email is all good, we just need to see your email and the senders and then the authorisation required in the message by a person with the power to give.
