I just had a an EL download for one of my images which makes me very happy since it is only my 2nd one this year.

When I went to check on the number of RCs that would be applied to this purchase I could no longer find that info where it used to be. How do we find the RC amount credited to a EL download now?

If you go to your profile page, click on the financials tab and click on extended license earnings, it should take you to this page:

http://www.istockphoto.com/license_earnings.php?

I think that link should work for you. Then you can just click to see which options were purchased and for how much.

That is where I normally go to but now it only shows which options were purchased but no indication of the amount of  RCs that go with them. Is this an error or something new? When I look back at previous ELs they no longer show the RCs.

Strange - if you click on View do you not see something like this?

Once you know which option was purchased, you can always go to the photo's purchase page, click on the Extended Licence radio button to see how many RC credits that licence option cost.

It seems to have change, you have to click on

EL_1

Then click on

EL_2

and finally down at the bottom of the page you will see the RCs purchased

Thank you cmannphoto,

That worked for me. I'm glad I found it too since it was 200 RC!

Besides those 200 RCs you also get RCs for the regular licence, that depends on the size purchased, but that number is not published anywhere.

Thats where Martin's GM Script helps to figure that out

Kevin

Reading the last few comments, first I have never seen a large jump in rc credits when I get an EL (very few) but then I checked my last three and two had total credits for the file at the bottom of the agreement, but file #22087058 did not list credits? Can you possibly look at this for me.

Thank you
