Hi.

I uploaded a file yesterday and it's been accepted. But it's missing the thumbnail on both My Uploads page and the Closeup, but only in Firefox. I've cleared the cache and even checked on another computer - the problem remains.

Any ideas, before I contact Support?

Thanks.

You haven't told us the file number affected, making it a little hard for us to check, but I had a look at your portfolio and couldn't see any problem with the thumbnails or loupe images when sorted by newest for any of your most recent uploads.

My file #4499388 is missing its small search thumb.

Not-my-file #4824318 which we discussed in the June bug thread is still missing its search thumb.

^ Contributor Relations should be able to reprocess that for you if you open a ticket.

27808110 isn't showing up for me on Google Chrome with Mac OSX 10.8.5 -- just a blank

Firefox 22, 24 (I've updated it to see if it would fix the issue) and 19 (on another machine) on Windows - no thumbnail.

All other browsers (Chrome, Explorer 8 and Safari 5, all on Windows) - fine.

When I check the html code of loupe page - the addresse of the image is there. However, FireBug shows that the page doesn't even request the image from the server.

Ok, I've just found out where's the problem. It's the AdBlock plugin for Firefox.

The filename has the word "advertisement" in the title and description, so the plugin thought it was what it said it was...

That is good to know!!   I have AdBlock running on Chrome, and that is probably why I couldn't see it either.  Thanks for sharing that, something to watch for!
