Inspection Training for photographers

Rumor has it that the inspectors go through a "rigourous training process".
Is it possible to offer that same training to photogrpahers, so we know what to look for and by what standards we are judged?  I am sure iStock makes evey effort for the inspectors eyes to be tuned to the same standard.


 If the photographers were trained at this level then the uploads might be more consistent in quality, helping the inspection system.


Maybe even a 'Lypse style trip to iStock offices where instead of shooting, we get a day or three of inspection training and correct Photoshop techniques to fix problems.


Is this a possibility?
