I'm as baffled as you probably are.

What kind of success are they referring to? Some context would probably be helpful. I'm assuming you have the copy for the brochure?

You mighit find those images useful in some way:
Grandpas old bible could always be handy.
Having contact with nature in a peaceful place.
Reaching out for God.
View on church.
An a church interior.
Anyone knows how to post correctly images without links? I've made it in my portfolio several times, but now way doesn't work.

Success is a tricky word when speaking of the church.
for some it means physical growth...numbers of people, budget, etc...new building (You could have a picture of a new building going up with a steeple)
for some it means unity and love for one another (you will know that they are my disciples if they have love for one another) so you could have a picture of a small church loving and praying for another.
for some it means how much outreach is going on...pictures of reaching the poor, destitute, sharing Christ
for others it means just enduring in the midst of trials...picture of a small church lit inside with darkness around it...or a lighthouse surrounded by a storm.
for others...a diversity of cultures...not just one demographic...(melting pot of people worshipping together)
you could also go with metaphors...
a green plant growing out of a rock
a grapevine that is full
a hand reaching out to another
or you could do a twist...have a sharp dressed salesman carrying a suitcase trying to sell success to the church. (He could maybe have wolf ears, or a devilish look in his eyes...) Something that would catch the viewer and make him think about what the guy is selling.
anyway, maybe one of those thoughts could help.
