I have 2 files in my upload queue that have been there for months. They were rejected for not having a model release. As they were taken of a gondolier in Venice, I am very unlikely to get a model release so I would like to delete them from the queue. Any ideas on how I can do this?
I tried this strategy of uploading an empty model release in order to go back and delete the file but it did not work. I actually tried to upload several times and probably jammed up the system with empty model release forms. Maybe I did not do it right but there was no change to the file waiting in the queue, it still said I needed a model release. I eventually wrote to support and they deleted the file for me. Maybe you will have better luck!
I've done what Anouchka suggests. Where the system asks for a model release just upload ANY old jpg as the model release - then your file is put back into your queue and you can cancel it - you may have to wait half an hour or so before you can cancel.
