I have 2 files in my upload queue that have been there for months. They were rejected for not having a model release. As they were taken of a gondolier in Venice, I am very unlikely to get a model release so I would like to delete them from the queue. Any ideas on how I can do this?

I have the same problem, my models were fishermen, no chance I will ever meet them again. There should be option Cancel, there's none now.

You can upload an Empty JPG File instead of model Release and when your File goes back to the Queue, just go and Cancel this Upload. I Hope this helps

I tried this strategy of uploading an empty model release in order to go back and delete the file but it did not work. I actually tried to upload several times and probably jammed up the system with empty model release forms. Maybe I did not do it right but there was no change to the file waiting in the queue, it still said I needed a model release. I eventually wrote to support and they deleted the file for me. Maybe you will have better luck!

I've done what Anouchka suggests. Where the system asks for a model release just upload ANY old jpg as the model release - then your file is put back into your queue and you can cancel it - you may have to wait half an hour or so before you can cancel.

I've tried that and although the 'cancel' option appears, when I click it I get a message saying thta this file cannot be deleted!
