Wait... did you go into account settings and apply for Exclusivity? Or are you waiting for them to contact you? If you haven't already applied then you should go do that now.

it says this 'You need 500 downloads to qualify. You will be notified (in your profile page) when you qualify.' and then the continue button just takes me to the istock main page, im assuming they are going to send me a site mail or something |

Truthfully you will not be able to apply for it until your canister changes color (usually within 18 hours of passing the mark) and then the link listed above by zoljo will work. I waited for a sitemail for a couple of days after my canister changed and it never arrived. So when you see copper, you should apply. |

Congratulations! I just hit 500 yesterday in the early morning hours (1:43 am). My canister hasn't changed yet, but my link to go Exclusive was available this afternoon by about 5 pm (about 39 hours for me). I completed the form at about 5:01 pm. You'll drive yourself crazy, but just keep checking the Exclusivity page to see if a "Would you like to apply?" question and "Yes Please!" and "No Thanks" buttons appear at the bottom of that page.
The Customer Support operators were very friendly as they talked me off the ledge this morning (and maybe hurried the process up a bit).

Posted Thu Feb 1, 2007 7:55AM | Not that I'm neurotic or anything, but my canister changed some time between 1 am and 6 am this morning. My wife seemed to be really annoyed at 6 am when I threw the confetti and shook a noisemaker this morning to celebrate. :P |
