A strange thing happened to me on the 28th March; I had 3 downloads which show up on the system BUT the 3rd downlaod has not been credited to my totals and neither has the commission for it.


 I've already sent a ticket in about this so it is being dealt with but I'd thought I'd bring it to the attention of others in case this is not an isolated occurrence.

Well this seem like a thread for Support/Guidance & Quick help

Thanks Swalls. The reason I posted it here was to bring other members attention to it. I have already sent in a ticket about it - so I'm not looking for support.

AFAIR it's probably a second download try by a client who purchased a picture. Clients can re-download a picture within 24 hours "for free" in case of e.g. the first download was not successful, and in this case you will see a download without royalties in your downloads list.

heizfrosch - thanks for that suggestion but that was not the case here.
