If you take a series of shots of one model in a single session, and you end up with a dozen shots that you would like to upload, is it necessary to get the model to sign 12 or more model release forms or can a single one be used and uploaded each time?


 If so, how do you handle the Shoot description/Reference field in the case of multiple submissions?
