*Suuuuue, come out and play-e-yeh*

I challenge you to a Steel Cage Match!

It's a smorgasbord of delectable imagery, let's do it up sistah!!

Looking forward for this match. I have enjoyed both Sue's and Cutie's images in other battles.

Just noticed that one of you will be sporting a new mask when this battle is over, not that the blood drop looks all that bad.

I Accept your challenge, but you will have to post the first blow!

I would love to come play with you QT, but you will have to post the first blow. I'm without power or phone right now (on a friend's computer) but will be back online in the next couple of days.

Been a rough 24 hours up here with 167 kph wind and torrential rain. Settling a bit now, but it's going to take the power company a few days to fix all the problems.

See you soon

She's not lying... we're 4 hours away from Sue (centre of the storm) and most lost power last night in our area and we had no power this morning for a few hours.. it was nasty....

PS. For those on the imperial system that 104 mile an hour wind...

Oh girls,,,,,I'm confused......who to cheer for. I'll cheer for both.......let's go....let's go!

Walked into the house, it was cold and dark. Fish tanks that should have been bubbling sitting there silently. Fed the guinea pigs, turned round, locked the door and Bailey and I came back into town. Couldn't face another long night listening to the wind in the dark. Amazing how much we rely on power for everything. For water I'm on tank supply which means that without power the header tank can't fill, so no water either. *sigh* will head home in the morning and check everything before I go to work.

Talked to the power company and they're hoping to have the power back on tomorrow, but there are thousands of households in the north with no power at present. They're doing a great job, but can't be everywhere at once. Going to work this morning it was shocking to see the damage done by the wind. Huge macrocarpa trees felled onto the roads, sheds and fences picked up and thrown on the other side of the road. We've been so lucky that nobody was killed.

That sounds like a Cat 2 hurricane. Glad to hear you guys are ok though, even though it's not exacty hunky dorry. Stay safe.

Out of weather related things I hate the strong winds the most, but I don't live in a flood plain or I might hate heavy rain then. Glad to hear your Ok and hope you get your power restored soon.

Now, I am so waiting for this match to get started.

wow...Thank God you, as well as everyone else there, are doing ok. Stay well Sue!
I will delay the first blow as far as I can take it so you have enough time to recoop.

Speaking of which...how much time do I have left?

Sue, you guys are very fortunate considering everything. I'm really glad to hear that no life was lost and that you and yours are okay... good luck with the recovery...
