The inspection process here at iStockphoto is stable again, thanks to the formidable work that the IT and Dev teams have managed to pull in this, the astonishing growth that we are living. Given that fact and given that the inspectors have managed to bang the Q’s with a passion, here are the new upload limits:
Upload limits for non-exclusive contributors:
Gold : 30
Black Diamond: 40
Upload limits for exclusive contributors:
Black Diamond: 200
We are asking you to be selective and only upload your best work. As usual, preferred inspection for exclusive contributors remains a priority… and thanks to all for your understanding.
wow, thank you, i was already out of mine just in time thanks!

Great news! 10 wasn't enough for me, but 15 will be much better - especially after my appalling rejection ratio last week

Good news! I guess I was right when I said about a week ago that the queue seemed to be under control at 28K. So for the person who told me I didn't have a clue - I guess it was you that didn't have a clue.

I'd like to take the opportunity to mention that the review quality here is better than on any other stock-site i tried.
On other sites rejection reasons are often just not understandable, while here almost all reasons are clear and you even get hand-written specific comments for your pic, sometimes even with a crop of the critical part of the submitted pic.
Although no one is happy with rejections, the reasons i get here, make me often say "u-oh, yes, they are right, i simply missed that issue". I even consider exchanging some online versions of such pictures on other stock-sites because there is an embarassing flaw in the pic, which was neither seen by me nor the reviewers on that other site.
Please continue with this excelllent review quality, it really helps learning.
Obviously the upload limits are the price to pay, but it is a price i pay willingly.

Sorry but couldn't you just use the upload limits for at least several weeks with just your best images before claiming you should be able to upload more? 150 images in 8 months or 100 images in 4 months doesn't look like you've been really uploading 15 images per week even if you had chances to upload even more during the slow summer months...

As a noob thanks, and I read a couple of threads about the inspection process being speeded up and I have just notice the number of Images in the queue has fallen by 50000 this week, well done and thanks to the inspectors.
