Spoken like the Layer King that you are. The details are fun, but TIME CONSUMING so I don't know how much time (or credits) i will spend trying to win, in the Words of Rocky, I just wanna go the distance and to have a little fun and hopefully give all the PEAS a little chuckle along the way. I wish they had consolation credits for LOSERS like me, I can't afford to keep buying images i will probably never use anywhere else- I'll have to start recycling the ones i already bought!

Oh no AK - you haven't won yet so no free credits? oh ohh that's expensive! I think I spent 60 credits on my first battle which fortunately I won (thanks Sue) but I can imagine how expensive it must bee to keep on loosing... Dang man you're a trooper!

I hope i do not jinx myself by saying that my expectations of selling stock photography at microstock levels have been greatly exceeded beyond what I ever expected or thought possible.

While this is still just a "side business" and/or a "liferaft" to suppliment my busy full time job as a commercial printer, i sell enough to help pay for my expensive toys for an expensive hobby and even buy a few credits to blow in the cage. I have probably spent 20 or so credits in the two matches, i use a lot of stuff from my own collection where possible. Commercial printing is getting old and working for DA MAN for the last 22 years is getting even older. I hope that when the Kids are out of college in about 6 years I may be able to do this FULL TIME, That is my goal.

So why don't all you peanuts and cagers reading this figure out some way to use some of my offerings in you cage battles. Help a poor LOSER like me out.

I realize this sounds like i am contradicting my earlier post (probably because i am) but what i was really saying above was that I don't want to keep buying images i will never use.

AK I'll take a look through your portfolio and see what I can find - no promises that I use anything though! Each image I use has to fit the composition
