/I'm curious if anyone has requested a Payoneer direct deposit and received it.

I registered with Payoneer in December and then requested a $100 payment on January 1st. I did this at the same time as a PayPal payment. The PayPal payment has been credited to my account since last week, yet I have heard nothing from Payoneer (even though it cleared on the iStock side). I emailed support@payoneer.com and received an automated response telling me that I would hear from them within 48 hours. This timeframe has since passed with no word.

Am I alone in my experience, or have others had a similar one?

I requested mine on the 19th of december, I recieved it on the 2nd of jan, the length of time may be due to it being the first one,  I know mine was because of the holidays, I have not requested my second one yet.

I requested a payout at the end of December and the deposit showed up in my account yesterday. Seemed slower than requesting a check but I'll give it another try before I decide which is better.

I find it crazy that I have had two of my weekly withdrawals credited from PayPal in the time that the $100 test withdrawal using Payoneer still hasn't shown up.  For now, I will definitely be sticking with PayPal.

Payoneer has finally responded:

Dear Mr Legg,

There was a problem with confirming the account at the time of the payment. The payment was manually processed on 1/8/08 and should appear in your account within the regular time frame for direct deposit loads from iStockphoto.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely

I still think I will wait for awhile before testing this payment method again.

I requested my first payoneer direct deposit on jan 1. today is jan 13 and the payment still doesn't show up in my account. when i check my payout reports on istock, the transaction status is indicated as CLOSED and the date of the closing is Jan 5. does CLOSED mean istock's processing is done and now it's in Payoneer's hands? or does closed mean everything is processed and the money should be in my bank account?

I requested payment on 1/16. Payment was sent to Payoneer on 1/21 and was posted to my bank account on 1/28. This is faster than requesting a check and is more convenient than Paypal, but is way too slow for EFT. All other financial institutions that I use can do electronic funds transfer within 24 hours. I will continue to use this option in the future, but I hope iStock puts pressure on Payoneer to get the interval down to  what it should be. If there is some valid reason why the Payoneer interval can't be reduced to 24-48 hours, please let us all know.
