![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Wed Apr 30, 2008 11:54AM | I have already checked my Search Filters, so I don't think this is a problem with that. When I sort my portfolio by "Age" I am missing everything that has been uploaded since March 3rd 2008, this is a total of 35 files. The files show up in a normal search of the entire database, and they do show up when I search within the portfolio using a keyword to find it. But, when I go to view the entire portfolio everything from March 3rd to date is not being displayed. Is anyone else having this problem and does any of our esteemed iS staff have any ideas what could be causing this or if a fix is on the way? (Edited on 2008-04-30 11:55:53 by kcline) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Posted Wed Apr 30, 2008 12:20PM | Similarly but slightly different: sorting my folio by 'Best Match' it tells me there are 426 images. My folio is actually currently 345/355 (10 in the dollar bin). Included in that 426 are a load of images which I have now deactivated - but not any of my uploads from at least the past month. So this issue is related to time I think. Viewing my portfolio by 'Best Match' I seem to be seeing a snapshot of how it looked a couple of months ago when I probably did have 426 images. |

Still did not help. It something that's only happened (or that I have noticed) since yesterday. A couple days ago all my files were in there and viewable with no issues. Anyway an Admin can lock this one down or move it now if they want. I feel like a dork because I thought I posted it in the Support forum... ugh! That'll teach me to start posting before coffee. Well, thanks for the responses and good to hear that it's not old age or dementia that are getting at me and that others are having the same problem too Posted By saschanjaa: I think a solution that gets mentioned a lot is, try clearing your cache |

But now I wish I hadn't looked because I have to go back to the store for blackberries and grapefruit - I am suddenly very hungry thanks to your pics Kelly! |
