Redirect after adding file to lightbox

Been away so not sure if this has been mentioned but I notice that when viewing my portfolio, if I add a file to a lightbox via the icon beneath, when added, the page redirects away from my portfolio to the newest uploads general pages. This never used to happen.

This is happening to me too, when I try to add a pic to a lightbox ie. the page redirects to a selection of new uploads. Also, the image doesn't get added to the lightbox.

Yes - it's really annoying. I've been trying to add various people's files to a couple of my public lightboxes and it is so time-consuming that I gave up!

I tried to add some new approved images to my lightbox and some get added and some others don´t. If I do a search by age sometimes the new images appear and sometimes they don´t.

I cheked again and everything seems to be OK now. Very sorry for the panic. I need a little bit more patience.....Istock addiction.

This problem is happening to me too. I'm trying to add files to a LB for a project and it keeps redirecting. Also I couldn't create a new LB from the icon beneath the thumbnail. It just redirected to another bunch of images and didn´t create the LB.... I had to create it via Lightboxes > Manage.


ETA: the worse part is that files are not even added to the LB!! iStock please look into this!!

Having the same issue -- I reported it. Has anyone else been contacted as to what the issues is?

same issue still happening with me. can't add images to a lightbox. makes working on projects difficult. thought it might be firefox 3, but tried it in safari and it's the same thing - so it makes me think it's not a browser issue...

This is driving me nuts. All I want to do is add a file to a lightbox. Major bug!


btw. The title of this thread is misleading. You don't get redirected "after" adding a file to a lighbox. The file your trying to add doesn't actually get added. You simply get redircted. At least that's what happening to me. As far as I can tell there is currently know way to use add files to lightboxes.

Yes. It must be costing us a zillion sales because buyers can't assemble packages of possibles.
