Trying to purchase a print ... AJAX problem

I'm trying to purchase a print, but every time I choose the size I get an error and it won't let me select any other options:


"AJAX request failed - this is not your fault. Sorry."


I'm using a Mac OSX, and it does the same thing using Flock, Mozilla, and Safari.  Anyone have any luck getting it to work with a different browser?

I'm not having a problem with Safari on OS X. What file?

At least you have the option of purchasing a print. They are still not available in Canada. I'm sure we will be able to anyday now wink

I was trying to price this file ... but I tried several others and they all do the same thing.

Hmmm ... I tried that file while logged in your account and mine and it worked. Using Safari and FF3 on OS X. What version of OS X? I'm using 10.5.4.

I'm using 10.4.11 ... just tried it again with FF3 and Safari, but still isn't working.  Weird.

OK, they've figured out what is causing the problem for you and hope to have the fix pushed through soon.
