Hi all!

I have a humble request to make on behalf of myself and others who use DAM software such as Lightroom, Bridge, and Expression Media to keep our stock photos annotated and organized.

It would be wonderful if the iStock upload logic would read the 'Description/Caption' IPTC metadata from a JPG image and use it to auto-populate the Description field.  Currently, the logic is reading the 'keywords' and 'title' IPTC metadata during upload just fine.  Bravo!  However, for some reason the description data is not being read and I have to enter it manually every time.  I have verified this behavior on files edited with Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, as well as MS Expression Media (all on PC, as I'm not a Mac user just yet).

Other photo related sites that I use for my non-stock work (such as Flickr) are able to read the description/caption metadata just fine.  Further, the bulk-uploading programs for iStock are also able to read this metadata without a problem.  The problem only occurs when you attempt to manually upload a file.

Thanks so much!
