I haven't had any approvals or rejections in the last few days, yet my acceptance rate went down slightly.  Just wondering what could have caused it!


(Does adding images to the dollar-bin knock them out of your number of accepted fiies?)

Hm... doesn't match with my own acceptance rate. I have an Excel sheet with my stats and I did not figure in Dollar Bin drop-outs (and I had 13 so far, so it would make a difference) to my Acceptance Rate calculation. Still it matches perfectly with what iStock stats is showing up to today.

Yeah... i think that the dollar bin make a difference in the Acceptance Rate...   or Dollar bin files that has been deactivated!

There is a thread about it HERE so maby there is some sort of glitch to the the rate as others have had the same experience of the rate changing without any uploads, approvals or rejections

I think that it would be silly to decrease your acceptance rate just because a file was moved to the dollar bin or deactivated. It should go by the number of images inspected overall, regardless of whether or not they are active.

I try and do my best to keep my acceptance rate as high as possible, mostly for personal satisfaction. I know that thyey *say* that the number doesn't matter once you're exclusive, but I figure it doesn't hurt to try not to waste the inspectors' time.
