Is there a keyword for scanned film such as scanned slides and negatives to distinguish them from digital images?

Not that I can see.

The important thing is that you let the inspector know if your image is scanned, then they can employ appropriate criteria.

Do you think buyers will be looking for scans, especially? On the other hand, if you want to keep track of scans for your own purposes, you can make up a keyword (for example, scan001) and use software such as DeepMeta to keep track.
